Living in Southern Utah most of my life has given me a great understanding of the people and places that make our area Wonderful. I love to share my knowledge of the endless opportunities Southern Utah has to offer. With over 20 years of experience as Principal Broker and Realtor, I enjoy helping other with all types of real estate transactions including Residential, Land and Water Rights, Commercial, and Farm & Ranch Properties.

Recent professional accomplishments include, 2024, 2020 and 2019 Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society awards, 2021 International Presidents Circle award and 2018 Broker of the Year Award from the Iron County Board of Realtors.  Marcus has been an active member of the Iron County Home Builder's Association Festival of Homes Committee for the past 10+ years and has served on the Board of Directors for the Iron County Home Builders Association for the past 5 years.
